Canceling Entire Order
  • Cancellation of an entire order can be done as long as the order has NOT been sent to the warehouse.
  • To cancel an order you have just placed follow these steps:
    • Login into the online account
    • Click on 'Order History'
    • Click on the 'Cancel Items' button for the order
    • Select all the items you want to cancel and specify the reason for the cancellation.
    • Complete the cancellation request by clicking the 'Continue' button.
Changes to the Order
  • Changes to an order can be done as long as the order has NOT been shipped. To change an order you have just placed follow these steps:
    • Login into the online account
    • Click on 'Order History'
    • Click on the 'Cancel Items' button for the order
    • Select the items you want to change and specify the reason for the cancellation.
    • Complete the cancellation request by clicking the 'Continue' button.
  • If you want to ADD to the order then please do so by replying to the orginal order confirmation email or call us.
    You will need to specify the item # and quantity you want to add the order. Shipping cost can increase because of this change.
