We do NOT carry parts for the following home espresso machines:
Briel, Breville, DeLonghi, Francis, Jura, KitchenAid, Krups, Nespresso, Olympia. And due to the high call volume we receive will not return inquiries about these machines.

Credit Card Billing: The credit card will be billed at the moment the order ships from our facility.

After you have placed the order we run an Authorization on your card for the order amount.

If for some reason we can Not get an Authorization we will contact your by email, with instruction how to resolve the issue. We will not ship the order until the credit card can be Authorized/Charged.

On your credit card statement the name of the merchant will be 'Aristo Service'. This is our billing company.

Shipping: USA: We ship all our packages through UPS. UPS rounds the weight up to the next lbl and on small orders the shipping cost can be more then the cost of the part.

Canada: We ship all our packages through UPS or USPS. The USPS shipping option is only available for Canadian customers, this to avoid the large custom fees with UPS. The USPS shipping option is for priority mail and can take a couple of weeks to arrive (no guarantee on delivery times) the processing in our shipping department also takes extra time.

Puerto Rico: We ship all our packages through UPS. UPS rounds the weight up to the next lbl and on small orders the shipping cost can be more then the cost of the part.
 
After the order has shipped we will send you an email with tracking information.

If the package does not arrive within the UPS guaranteed time please contact us and will investigate the delay. For UPS guarantees please check the UPS website. For priority shipping we will try to ship the order the same day the order was placed. We have a shipping cutoff time at 2 PM Mountain Standard Time.

If the ship to address is incorrect or needed to be corrected by UPS we will get an additional charge to our account and will pass this 'address correction' charge through to you.  Will will charge your credit card for the additional charge we receive.
