|Credit Card Billing:||
The credit card will be billed at the moment the order ships from our facility.
After you have placed the order we run an Authorization on your card for the order amount.
If for some reason we can Not get an Authorization we will contact your by email, with instruction how to resolve the issue.
We will not ship the order until the credit card can be Authorized/Charged.
Due to privacy and security issues we no longer fax invoices.
Copies of invoices can be printed out from our online store.
To print out an invoice follow the following steps:
1) Login into your account on our website, with your userid and password
2) Click on the 'Order History' link, find the order in question and click on the link for 'Invoice'.
For orders over $ 50.00 we only ship through UPS (United Parcel Service). For Alaska & Hawaii we also offer the US Postal service, because of the higher shipping cost to those states. For orders under $ 50.00 we offer both UPS and US Postal service. Please note that for small orders the handling charge will increase the shipping cost. To keep shipping cost low we do not offer insurance for US Postal services and shipping will be at your own risk.International & USA territories

All prices shown at this website are exclusive of customs charges, since the rate of customs duties vary from country to country. The customer is responsible for any of the Custom duties, but it is our experience that small value personal shipments rarely attract customs duties when shipping through the US Postal service. When the order is shipped through UPS it is very likely that Custom duties will be charged.For All International Shipments:
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. CafeParts is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the returned items.Order Tracking

For UPS domestic and international services insurance is included. For the US Postal service only the Express Mail service has insurance for damage or loss of a package. All other US Postal services do not include insurance and any damage or loss will be at your own risk.
If the package does not arrive within the UPS guaranteed time please contact us and we will investigate the delay. For UPS guarantees please check the UPS website. For priority shipping we will try to ship the order the same day the order was placed. We have a shipping cutoff time at 1 PM Mountain Standard Time.Shipping Times
