Returns Policy Rules

  • Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product)
  • To start a Return
    • Login into the online account
    • Click on 'Order History'
    • Click on the 'Return Items' button for the order
    • Select the items you want to return and specify the reason for the return.
    • Complete the return request by clicking the 'Continue' button and follow the instructions.

  • The returned product does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper.
  • Special order items, control boards, frothers, downloaded manuals, and large quantities are non refundable and can not be returned.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
    Refused packages are subject to a 30% restock fee or the additional cost of the return shipping cost, which ever is greater.

Returns Must be Complete

If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our Returns Department and put aside for 30 days.
Upon request the item can be returned to the customer for an additional shipping charge.
All returns must include the following:
  • The part or product has to be in new condition. Used, damaged or broken items will not be refunded.
  • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
  • Original return slip or packing slip.
  • Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

Return Conditions

  • Return can only be issued within the 30 day timeline specified in the Basic Return Policy.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%
  • In some cases, we will issue a “call tag” and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, we will not and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or a Mailboxes, etc. facility. Insurance for the returned item is your responsibility.

After the Return is Received at the Warehouse

  • Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to arrive at our Returns Department, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
  • Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
  • We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
